Delivery time
Carl Larsson-Gården normally ships within seven (7) days. Carl Larsson-Gården cannot influence the delays of our forwarders.
The shipping cost is visible in the shopping cart before you confirm your order.
Notification can be sent by SMS if a mobile phone number is specified in the order. Otherwise, the notification can be sent to your email address. You may also receive a notification in the post that your package has arrived.
The Carl Larsson farm does not handle partial deliveries.

We use DB SCHENKER as our freight supplier
There are two options to choose from:
DB SCHENKER parcel: for businesses.
DB SCHENKER parcel agents: for private individuals.

Order confirmation
An automatic order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided when placing the order. The order number on this confirmation should always be quoted when contacting us about your order.
Pricing
All prices in the webshop are quoted in a default currency and include VAT. In the event of any price changes in the webshop, the price stated at the time of ordering will apply.
Complaints
If an item is broken, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We check all goods before delivery. A description should be sent to Carl Larsson-gården. Also fill in your name, phone number and order number.
Shipping damage
You must take action when you receive your goods
Check the condition of the goods and packaging when they are delivered to you. Check the quantity to make sure it matches the information on the waybill.
If the goods are damaged when DB SCHENKER hands them over
Accept the goods, but never sign the consignment note without first making a note on the receipt section. The note does not have to be detailed, but it is necessary for the damage to be settled.
What the remark achieves is that you prove that the damage occurred while we were handling the goods. At the same time, we will be able to trace the cause and take measures to prevent it from happening again. You should also try to limit the damage whenever possible.
If the damage was only discovered during unpacking (hidden by packaging), you must notify us of the damage no later than seven (7) working days after receipt in order for it to be processed.
